Users Must Switch to Facebook Web as Messenger Desktop App Faces Shutdown
Meta: Meta has announced that it will be retiring the Messenger desktop app for Windows and macOS from December 15, 2025. After this date, users will no longer be able to log in to the app and will have to chat through the Facebook website.
