Pakistan: Conflict in PPP on the issue of dissolution of National Assembly, opposing voices are heard among the leaders
Senior PPP leaders have urged lower leaders to increase the popularity of the party in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. PPP leaders have said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party is facing immense pressure and it would be beneficial if elections are held on time. According to PPP leaders, Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) wants to delay the election due to a lack of full support from public opinion.
