A top London police officer made an anti-drug policy but the officer used to smoke weed before breakfast. Actually, Julian Bennett of London was a senior officer of the Metropolitan Police. It was he who wrote the anti-drug policy in the city. Now a case is going on in the court against him for taking drugs and misbehaving. He was suspended in 2021.
