An person shared experience to the RTO office; Passed the driving test, still had to pay bribe for the license
A person from Bengaluru shared his agony on social media. He told how he was asked for a bribe at the Bangalore Regional Transport Office (RTO). The person told that he went for a driving test at Kasturi Nagar RTO and claimed that he passed the driving test successfully but immediately after completing the test, a person at the gate asked him for Rs 1000.
